Shake Well

• Before each use, gently shake the bottle to activate the ingredients.

Apply to Skin

• Spray 4–10 times onto clean skin ideal areas include legs, arms, stomach, or feet.

Massage In

• Rub in gently until fully absorbed. A slight tingling may occur, especially if you're new to magnesium this is normal and should subside with regular use.

Use Daily

• Apply once or twice daily, ideally after a shower or before bed for best results.

For Sensitive Skin

• Dilute with a little water or apply over body lotion or oil to reduce tingling.

First-Time Users: Apply to your feet for 2–3 weeks to allow your body to adjust. If you experience tingling or itching, this may indicate a magnesium deficiency. Use on less sensitive areas like the feet and reduce the dosage if needed.

For Children (4+ years): Magnesium oil can support growing bodies by easing growing pains, promoting restful sleep, and calming the nervous system. Start with 1 spray on the feet for 3 weeks and monitor their response.
