Shipping policy
DISPATCH AND PROCESSING
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our head office located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the next business day.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $50 AUD.
For orders under $50, shipped cost is calculated based on the total weight and destination for orders via Australia Post.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
EXPRESS ORDERS
Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST with Express Post will be dispatched the same business day.
Next Business Day delivery is available for addresses within the Australia Post Express Network. If your address falls outside this network, delivery times may vary. Please consult the Australia Post website for network details.
Express orders cost will be calculated in accordance to the Australia Post charges

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

CUSTOMS & IMPORTING DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country of residence. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We do not accept liability for international shipments delayed or denied due to customs regulations.
Important: Due to international customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. If you experience issues at checkout or cannot enter your shipping address, please contact our support team for assistance.
CURRENCY
International transactions may be processed in local currency. Foreign exchange or conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider or card issuer.
PACKAGING
We try to use as minimal packaging as possible and use 100% biodegradable paper or cellulose for small and single items. These are made from cornstarch. These 'look' like plastic, but they aren't. Packaging may include paper filling to ensure products do not get damaged in transportation. This is biodegradable and therefore please re-use or recycle correctly.
RETURNS
We want you to absolutely love what you order, but we do not accept returns for change of mind. If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, let us know straight away, providing us with your order number, and a description plus photo of the damaged item. We do not accept returns without photos of damage. All returns for damaged items must be emailed with 48 hours of parcel delivery confirmation date. LOST PACKAGES
If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. In some cases, recovery of insurance on these items can take up to 3 months. These are the Australia Post guidelines, so please bear with us if this should occur.
What happens in this case is that a missing parcel lodgement is made, then Aust Post will investigate. Depending on the result of this, It can be a quick fix, or a longer wait to see whether the parcel will be returned to sender. This is the 3 month time frame for international orders for returns. This is out of our hands, but we insure packages for this very reason.
